Provincial Political Consultative Conference Vice Chairman He Liang Hui visits and expresses solicitude for the group's cadres and employees in the Tibet region

7 On the afternoon of July 27, He Liang Hui, Vice Chairman of the Yunnan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), during an inspection and exchange visit to Tibet, led a team to the Tibet regional headquarters of the Group to gain an in-depth understanding of the Group's operations, development, challenges, and opportunities in Tibet. He highly praised the Group's active response to the national call, its dedication to the Western Development Strategy, and its outstanding contributions to Tibet's economic and social development. He also extended cordial greetings to the Group's cadres and employees who work diligently on the plateau. Chen Zujun, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group, and Tong Degang, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, accompanied the visit.

He Liang Hui and his entourage visited the Tibet regional headquarters' office and living areas, inquiring in detail about the Group's market expansion in Tibet, project progress, and fulfillment of social responsibilities.

He Liang Hui pointed out that Tibet, as a border region of the motherland, its stability and development are crucial to the national situation, and the JianTou Group's work in Tibet is of extraordinary significance. Currently, Tibet is in an unprecedented period of development opportunities. He hopes that the JianTou Group will seize these opportunities, make progress, and deeply study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches and instructions on promoting the development of the western region in the new era, inspecting Tibet, and on Tibet-related work. He encouraged the Group to actively serve and integrate into Tibet's "four major events," to be a pioneer in Yunnan's state-owned enterprises "going global," to further leverage its management, technological, and resource advantages, and to deepen all-round cooperation with the Tibet Autonomous Region's party committees, governments, and relevant enterprises at all levels. This will inject stronger impetus into Tibet's economic and social development, establish a positive image for Yunnan's state-owned enterprises in Tibet while promoting its own growth and development, and continuously enhance the "golden signboard" of Yunnan's state-owned enterprises in the overseas market, contributing to Tibet's long-term stability and high-quality development.

Chen Zujun stated that as a mainstay of Yunnan's state-owned enterprises, the Group has the responsibility, mission, confidence, and determination to continue writing a new chapter of high-quality development on the snow-covered plateau. In the future, the Group will closely follow the work arrangements of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, transforming the care and support of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government into practical actions and strong driving force. It will unswervingly promote the steady implementation and expansion of projects in Tibet, closely aligning with Tibet's development needs and strategic layout, implementing precise policies and targeted efforts, actively exploring development paths suitable for Tibet's actual conditions, and using more enthusiasm, a more pragmatic style, and more effective measures to promote the continuous advancement of the Group's various undertakings in Tibet. This will set a new benchmark for Yunnan enterprises "going global" and continuously contribute JianTou's strength to Tibet's prosperity and development.
