6 On the morning of August 26, Sheng Bin, a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Nankai University Committee and vice president, visited the Group. Chen Zujun, secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of the Group Company, warmly received the visitors. Both sides conducted in-depth exchanges on comprehensively promoting school-enterprise cooperation, jointly building the Nankai University Chinese-style Modernization Rural Work Station, and contributing to the implementation of the national rural revitalization strategy. Chen Zhouxiang, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of the Trade Union of the Group Company, participated in the symposium.

Chen Zujun welcomed Sheng Bin and his party and gave a brief introduction to the Group's reform and development. He stated that Nankai University is a key comprehensive university directly under the Ministry of Education, the alma mater of the esteemed Premier Zhou Enlai, possessing profound historical background and outstanding academic achievements, and has cultivated countless outstanding talents for the country. Nankai University students, upon joining the Construction Investment Group, have utilized their intelligence and creativity, invigorated the company, demonstrated their personal value, and contributed to the high-quality development of the Group. In recent years, the Construction Investment Group has adhered to the corporate mission of "Building a Better Life, Investing in a Happy Future," focusing on the "3512 development goal, and striving to enhance ” the " three major industries ” " " three major advantages ” " " five Construction Investments ” ". As an important state-owned backbone enterprise in Yunnan Province, the Construction Investment Group has been continuously exploring and practicing on the journey of rural revitalization, creating high-quality benchmark projects such as Mile Dongfeng Rhyme and Muxing Valley International Health and Wellness Resort. The Fubao Peninsula Rural Revitalization Project is also transforming from planning to reality. Sheng Bin congratulated the Construction Investment Group on its achievements in reform and development and introduced Nankai University's outstanding achievements in discipline construction, talent cultivation, independent innovation, and the construction of Chinese-style modernization rural work stations. He stated that this year marks the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, the 105th anniversary of the founding of Nankai University, and the 120th anniversary of the establishment of the Nankai series of schools. In recent years, more and more Nankai people have adhered to " Knowing China, Serving China ” as their motto, closely integrating their own development with national needs, and writing vivid Nankai footnotes on the journey of rural revitalization. Currently, Nankai University has established 90 work stations, supporting agriculture and rural areas and revitalizing villages in 25 provinces across the country. It is hoped that both sides will sign a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement as soon as possible to conduct in-depth cooperation in technological achievements transformation, industrial-academic-research integration, talent cultivation and exchange, and the construction of rural revitalization work stations, jointly exploring new models of school-enterprise cooperation, achieving resource sharing and complementary advantages, and contributing Nankai's wisdom and Construction Investment's strength to promoting the implementation of the national rural revitalization strategy.
