To further strengthen internal discipline within the project and enhance the awareness of discipline and responsibility among cadres and employees, on June 18, the Sixth Engineering Project Department, Yunnan Copper Industry Co., Ltd., Southwest Copper Industry Branch's relocation project - public works project, organized a thematic discussion activity titled "Key Positions Discuss 'Violations,' Promoting Development Through Case Studies." At the meeting, Yang Yu conducted an in-depth analysis of typical cases of violations of political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, mass discipline, work discipline, and life discipline. Some key personnel, combining their own work experience, made exchange speeches, discussing their understanding of and determination to address "violations" issues.

Yang Yu required: First, project managers should pay attention to project cost control, especially in canteen management, paying attention to the constraints of the system and the control of details. Second, grassroots unit leaders and cadres should strengthen self-improvement, lead by example, and lead the project team to continuously improve its comprehensive capabilities. At the same time, they should thoroughly understand and implement various systems in their actual work. Third, discipline management cannot be relaxed.
