6 On July 13, Lu Chunping, the company's chief economist, delivered a special party lecture on the "Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Disciplinary Actions" and an integrity party lecture on the "Regulations on Disciplinary Actions for Managers of State-Owned Enterprises," to the functional department's first party branch and the first engineering project department's party branch, followed by a collective integrity talk.

In the special party lecture on party discipline education, Lu Chunping started with the main content and distinct characteristics of the revised "Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Disciplinary Actions," and deeply elaborated on the important significance of the Regulations in promoting the in-depth development of the Party's overall strict governance. He emphasized that all Party members and cadres must thoroughly study party regulations and discipline, build a strong ideological defense line, and ensure that they always maintain high consistency with the Party Central Committee in thought and action.

In the integrity party lecture, Lu Chunping used the "Regulations on Disciplinary Actions for Managers of State-Owned Enterprises" as a basis, and detailed the principles, scope of application, types of punishment, and the detailed illegal acts of state-owned enterprise managers, and combined with the nature of state-owned enterprise production and operation units, he explained the 51 illegal situations in the Regulations one by one.

In the integrity talk session, Lu Chunping emphasized the behavioral norms "outside of eight hours," requiring cadres and employees to resolutely adhere to the "ten absolutes," "ten cautions," and "five requests," to prevent the abuse of power and behaviors that affect the public image, and jointly create a good atmosphere of integrity, hard work, and entrepreneurship.

Combining the company's relevant work requirements, Lu Chunping put forward three points of hope: First, all Party members should, with a highly responsible attitude towards the Party, the enterprise, and themselves, combine the study of the "Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Disciplinary Actions" with the "Regulations on Disciplinary Actions for Managers of State-Owned Enterprises," conduct horizontal comparisons and supplementary studies, and comprehensively deepen the learning effect. Second, we must study earnestly and practically, combining learning with application, putting ourselves in, putting our work in, and putting our responsibilities in, being strict and practical, examining ourselves and correcting ourselves, and continuously strengthening our awareness of discipline, having awe in our hearts, being cautious in our words, and restraining our actions. Third, we must combine the study of the two Regulations with the implementation of the group's and company's relevant work requirements, with Party building work, and with style construction work, and through learning, continuously improve our ability to perform our duties, and provide strong disciplinary guarantees for promoting the company's high-quality development in an intensive way.
