The Sixth Engineering Project Department held a launch ceremony for its "Safety Production Month" activities for the Yuntong relocation project.

To thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the important speeches, instructions, and directives of General Secretary Xi Jinping on safety production, and to solidly advance the three-year campaign to fundamentally address safety production and the work of investigating and rectifying major accident risks, on the morning of June 2nd, the Sixth Engineering Project Department held a launch ceremony for the "Safety Production Month" activities for the relocation project of Yunnan Copper Industry Co., Ltd. Southwest Copper Industry Branch - Public Works Project Department.

At the ceremony, the project manager delivered a mobilization speech, emphasizing that safety production is the cornerstone of enterprise development and the lifeblood of every participant. This "Safety Production Month" activity is an important measure to promote the in-depth development of project safety production work and a concrete action to implement the main responsibility for safety production. The project department should take this activity as an opportunity to carry out safety production publicity and education in depth, strengthen the investigation and rectification of safety hazards, and comprehensively improve the project's safety management level.

The project's chief safety officer read out the company's and Southwest Copper Industry Branch's 2024 "Safety Production Month" activity plan, and made detailed arrangements for the safety-themed activities in each stage, calling on everyone to actively participate in the various activities of the "Safety Production Month." Subsequently, all participants took a safety production oath, solemnly signed their names, and pledged to actively fulfill their safety responsibilities and always maintain a strong safety line.

At the meeting, all management personnel of the project department watched the thematic publicity film "Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies - Keeping Life Channels Open" and the warning education film "Safety Production, Responsibility on Our Shoulders".

Next, the project department will increase the intensity of safety education and training through various methods, enhance the safety awareness of all staff, strengthen the implementation of safety production responsibilities, and make every effort to manage project safety production to ensure the continued stability of the project's safety production situation, further consolidate the foundation of safety production, and contribute to the company's high-quality development with internal improvements.
