Dongfeng Rhyme Forest Hot Spring Project

Recently, the Dongfeng Rhyme Forest Hot Spring and swimming pool project of the Third Engineering Project Department completed the installation and commissioning of the forest hot spring equipment. The pool equipment has also been installed and successfully entered the water injection and commissioning phase.

During the project construction, the project department actively planned, refined node goals, scientifically formulated plans and measures to seize construction time, and under the premise of ensuring safety and quality, fully carried forward the spirit of hard work of "day and night", "sunny and rainy", dividing work day and night, aiming at target tasks, and orderly advancing project construction.

Next, the project department will continue to coordinate planning and orderly advance the subsequent commissioning and completion work of the project to ensure that the forest hot spring and swimming pool can be put into operation smoothly before the May Day holiday. Huaping Longji Project

The Lijiang & Huaping Longji N-type product supporting pickling capacity transformation project, undertaken by the Third Engineering Department, is located in Shilongba Town, Huaping County, Lijiang City. The project mainly includes the transformation of workshops 106# and 105# in the factory area, the construction of new steel structure workshops, and the construction of new reservoirs, etc. The project includes civil engineering, steel structure, process pipelines, HVAC, pneumatic, electrical, instrumentation systems and equipment secondary distribution and other professional construction contents.

Before the project started, the engineering department organized project management personnel to conduct detailed project management planning, systematically planned the construction content by profession, carried out strong attacks on the construction difficulties and key points, pre-ordered and purchased the required materials, and coordinated the required equipment in advance to ensure that personnel, materials, and equipment were in place to meet the construction needs.

After the project started, all cadres and employees of the project department vigorously promoted the project construction with the momentum of "decisive battle from the start and sprint from the beginning". In order to strengthen the management of the site, the project management personnel moved their offices to the container on the construction site for centralized office work, and adopted the working method of closely monitoring the construction quality and progress during the day and improving internal documents at night, continuously promoting, refining, and implementing various construction plans. On-site construction personnel work alternately. During the day, they carry out high-altitude operations with high risks such as steel structure hoisting, ventilation pipe and cable tray installation, and at night, they carry out ground grinding, switch opening, and other construction contents. With everyone's joint efforts, at present, the steel structure project on the construction site has been completed by 90%, the civil engineering construction has been completed by 85%, and the water supply and drainage engineering has been completed by 70%, and the HVAC duct installation is 4300 ,bridge frame installation 1500 meters, and conduit piping 1100 meters.

Yunnan Green Low-Carbon Demonstration Industrial Park Water Supply Project

4 On June, the Luxi Water Plant Project Department of the Third Engineering Project Department organized a water delivery test for the water transmission pipeline, planning to pump water from the Baishuitan Reservoir pontoon pump station to the water plant distribution well in the carbon-neutral industrial park, with a total length of 9.02 kilometers, 9 mud discharge wells, and 12 air discharge wells.

During the test, all personnel were equipped with walkie-talkies, one person guarding one well, and real-time communication using walkie-talkies from the start of pumping water from the pontoon pump station. In addition, the project assigned a special person to patrol the entire line to help solve the difficulties encountered during water delivery until the water plant distribution well successfully completed the water delivery test. After three days, the water transmission pipeline water delivery test of the Yunnan Green Low-Carbon Demonstration Industrial Park water supply project was successfully completed.
