4 On the afternoon of March 3, the group organized pre-training centralized education for all trainees of the "Political Ability and Enterprise Management Ability Training Class for Middle and Upper-Level Managers of Provincial Enterprises." Chen Zhouxiang, the Party Committee Vice Secretary and Chairman of the Trade Union of the Group Company, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. Zhang Peng, member of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and Commissioner of the Provincial Supervisory Commission stationed at the Group, reported on typical cases of violations of regulations and disciplines in cadre education and training.
