Fifth Engineering Project Department Manager

As the engineering department manager of the Fifth Engineering Project Department, in 2023, I have continuously explored innovative approaches focusing on production and operation and market expansion. In terms of operation, I have conducted in-depth analyses of market changes, adjusted work plans to address different levels of market demand, and collaborated with partners to expand the market, achieving mutual benefit and win-win results. In terms of talent cultivation, I have always focused on improving employees' comprehensive qualities, advocating for independent learning, encouraging competition for positions, and actively injecting new vitality into key positions.

The fourth session of the first company's employee congress pointed out that in 2024, the company will continue to strengthen internal management, enhance market competitiveness, and promote high-quality development through internal enhancement. I firmly believe that with the joint efforts of all employees, the company will achieve even greater success. Gathering wisdom to promote development, representatives' suggestions usher in a new chapter. In this season of vibrant growth, let us first warmly celebrate the successful conclusion of the fourth session of the first company's employee congress.

In terms of production and operation, the First Engineering Project Department, as the company's vanguard in overseas markets, is based in Laos and Cambodia, potential markets, actively cooperating with relevant group units for mutual benefit and win-win results. It uses production to drive operations, relying on ongoing projects, and has successively undertaken the Cambodian 18007 project and the Zhongrun photovoltaic project. In terms of talent cultivation, the First Engineering Project Department always focuses on improving employees' comprehensive qualities, adhering to the principles of teaching according to aptitude and differentiated training, paying attention to humanistic care, and using humane management to enhance employees' sense of belonging and loyalty.

This employee congress affirmed the achievements the company made in 2023, and also deeply analyzed the problems and difficulties the company faces, clarifying the company's development direction and work ideas for 2024. In the new year, under the correct leadership of the group and the company, the Sixth Engineering Project Department will: First, give full play to its own operational advantages, actively seek market resources, and better promote the sustainable development of the engineering department. While doing a good job in chemical projects, we will extend our business sectors, actively expand the market, dare to try, dare to challenge, and operate through multiple channels, methods, and approaches.

Second, serve the clients well, make reasonable arrangements and deployments, ensure that project construction tasks are completed on time, to the required quality and quantity, establish a good corporate image, and create favorable conditions for subsequent secondary operations.

Third, focus on the training of young reserve talents. For outstanding employees who have performed exceptionally well and achieved outstanding results in frontline project work, they will be placed in large projects for training and exercise, continuously improving their comprehensive management capabilities and technical levels.

Fourth, integrate party building work into production and operation, strengthen the construction of the engineering department's leadership team, refine the division of labor within the team, clarify responsibilities, and use party building work to promote the improvement and efficiency of the engineering department's production and operation.
