2023 This year, the Metal Structure Processing Center has doubled its new contract value. The Binhe Expressway project has received high recognition from the general contractor, and the owner of the Kaiyuan Jiehua Factory presented a banner that reads "Customer First, Sincere Cooperation, Exquisite Technology, Building Dreams for Jiehua." All employees of the processing center have worked together with a strong sense of unity, but there are still problems such as low winning rate of high-quality projects, insignificant results in "going out," prominent shortage of talents, and insufficient production management experience among young employees.
At the company's recently concluded first session of the fourth employee congress, I carefully listened to the work report entitled "Boosting Confidence, Promoting Stability through Progress, and Promoting High-Quality Development through High-Standard Implementation" and the chairman's concluding speech. The meeting further unified the thoughts, strengthened the confidence, and pointed out the direction for all employees of the company.
