In the following work, I will earnestly implement the spirit of the company's first session of the fourth employee congress, face challenges head-on, actively participate, track the market for high-quality projects, strengthen the development of "two foreign" markets, demonstrate the spirit of "opening mountains and building bridges" and the tenacity of "holding fast to the green hills without relaxing," and strive to promote the implementation of more and better high-quality projects. The Tenth Engineering Project Department is a young and vibrant team. Last year was a year of "withstanding pressure and moving forward." In terms of operations, the department has always adhered to the concept of "promoting operations through production, and the site is the market." By focusing on the construction of existing projects, we have strived to win the recognition of clients through practical actions, addressing their concerns, anticipating their needs, and doing what they want done. 2023 This year, the Metal Structure Processing Center has doubled its new contract value. The Binhe Expressway project has received high recognition from the general contractor, and the owner of the Kaiyuan Jiehua Factory presented a banner that reads "Customer First, Sincere Cooperation, Exquisite Technology, Building Dreams for Jiehua." All employees of the processing center have worked together with a strong sense of unity, but there are still problems such as low winning rate of high-quality projects, insignificant results in "going out," prominent shortage of talents, and insufficient production management experience among young employees.

At the company's recently concluded first session of the fourth employee congress, I carefully listened to the work report entitled "Boosting Confidence, Promoting Stability through Progress, and Promoting High-Quality Development through High-Standard Implementation" and the chairman's concluding speech. The meeting further unified the thoughts, strengthened the confidence, and pointed out the direction for all employees of the company. Next, all employees of the processing center will thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the second session of the first employee congress of the group and the first session of the fourth employee congress of the company, making every effort to expand the market and seize projects. Under the strong leadership of the company, we must not only achieve scale but also efficiency.
