The construction of the steel structure of the comprehensive pipe gallery in the Yuntong relocation project of the Sixth Engineering Project Department is progressing in an orderly manner.

As the 2024 Spring Festival approaches, returning home has become a common focus for hundreds of millions of Chinese people. While most people are enjoying family reunions, the steel structure construction of the comprehensive pipe gallery for the Yuntong relocation project has begun. The project department and work teams have chosen to remain at their posts, silently contributing their hard work to the smooth progress of the project.

Since the start of construction in January, the Yuntong relocation project has completed the excavation, pouring, and backfilling of the foundations of the pipe gallery on the north side of the electrolysis plant and the east side of the oxygen plant. The foundations of the pipe gallery along the high-level water tank and boiler room are entering intensive construction. The start of the comprehensive pipe gallery steel structure construction has laid a good foundation for the later pipeline and electrical instrument construction. The project department currently has four teams: civil engineering, steel structure, anti-corrosion, and electrical instruments, with a total of 63 construction workers. 45 pipe gallery foundations have been poured, 993 tons of pipes have arrived, 36 semi-finished steel structure columns have arrived, and 2000 meters of high-voltage cables have arrived. Construction is progressing in an orderly manner.

With the Spring Festival approaching, safety is paramount. Company leaders attach great importance to the safety and progress of the project and have visited the project site multiple times to provide guidance and support. To strengthen the safety awareness of all employees, the project department organized all construction management personnel to study the important instructions and directives issued by General Secretary Xi Jinping and Premier Li Qiang on the mountain collapse in Zhenxiong County, Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province, and the fire accident at a shop along a street in Yushui District, Xinyu City, Jiangxi Province; the Group's "Emergency Notice on Immediately and Fully Carrying Out a Nationwide Risk Hazard Investigation and Rectification to Prevent Accidents"; and the company's "Notice on Implementing the Work Arrangements of the Company's January 31, 2024, Safety Production Work Meeting and the First Meeting of the 2024 Safety Committee". A comprehensive safety hazard investigation was carried out on site to allow everyone to learn from the accidents, fully fulfill their safety management responsibilities, firmly grasp project safety production work, and adhere to the bottom line and red line of safety production.
