To further refine the assessment of cadres and guide company cadres to continuously establish and practice the correct concept of performance, the company's Party committee organized the 2023 annual comprehensive assessment of grassroots units and middle-level cadres. This assessment work consists of nine comprehensive assessment teams, using methods such as summary reports, democratic appraisals, individual interviews, verification, and comprehensive analysis. It continuously strengthens the clear orientation of "judging heroes by their achievements" and transforms the soft indicators of cadre assessment into hard constraints.
Sun Jinyao, member of the company's Party committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, led the fourth comprehensive assessment team to the Thirteenth Engineering Project Department to conduct the annual comprehensive assessment.

Sun Jinyao emphasized that participants should raise their awareness and attach importance to this assessment work; it should not be perfunctory. Those being assessed must strictly abide by organizational discipline, grasp the key points, be truthful, and not use the company's or department's performance as their personal achievements; they should speak with their own real achievements and data. Xu Yanlu, member of the company's Party committee and chief engineer, led the fifth comprehensive assessment team to the Second and Fifth Engineering Project Departments to conduct the annual comprehensive assessment.


In his mobilization speech, Xu Yanlu emphasized that the purpose of this assessment is to comprehensively understand and evaluate the performance of the department's leadership team, further summarize experience, clarify ideas, stimulate potential, and strengthen weaknesses.
Xu Yanlu made the following requirements for the department's leadership team:
First, adopt a correct attitude and conduct self-examination; conduct an in-depth analysis of the overall situation of the department, make overall plans, fully utilize management efficiency, and accumulate energy for improving the department's economic benefits.
Second, strengthen work summaries; learn from past projects, adjust work methods step by step based on past mistakes, use collective wisdom to manage existing projects, and lay the foundation for the long-term development of the department.

Fourth, focus on production management; do a good job in project planning, learn from advanced models, adjust work methods, reasonably control risks, and promote the stable development of the department's production and operation.
Fifth, strengthen talent team building; conduct vocational skills training and certification for cadres and employees, implement mentorship, actively build platforms, and allow young employees to grow in frontline projects.

Zhang Yuling, member of the company's Party committee and chief financial officer, led the sixth comprehensive assessment team to the Eighth Engineering Project Department to conduct the annual comprehensive assessment.

In her mobilization speech, Zhang Yuling emphasized: First, raise the political standing and fully understand the importance of the comprehensive assessment. Second, participants should adhere to truthfulness and fairness. They should use their power and votes objectively and truthfully to evaluate the department's leadership team and its members, and put forward opinions and suggestions truthfully. Third, maintain strict discipline to ensure the smooth completion of all aspects of the comprehensive assessment.
Zhang Yuling made the following requirements for the department's leadership team:
