Promoting in-depth cooperation between banks and enterprises: Group exchange and discussion with China CITIC Bank

1 On the afternoon of 24th, Dong Gezheng, member of the Party Committee and vice president of the Kunming branch of CITIC Bank, and Qin Qinggang, assistant general manager of the special account investment line of CITIC Trust, visited the Group and had an exchange meeting with Tong Degang, member of the Party Committee and vice general manager of the Group Company.

Dong Gezheng expressed gratitude for the Group's care and support for CITIC Bank. He stated that for a long time, JianTou Group has maintained good communication and cooperation with CITIC Bank, carrying out a series of fruitful collaborations and continuously creating a new win-win situation for bank-enterprise cooperation. CITIC Bank always adheres to its original aspiration and is willing to promote the development of bilateral cooperation to a new level with sincere cooperation and a pragmatic work style. It is hoped that both sides will closely focus on the national and Yunnan provincial development strategies, make every effort to consolidate the stable situation, continuously improve the quality of progress, focus on key cooperation projects, optimize the capital supply structure, promote in-depth and practical bank-enterprise cooperation, and provide strong support for the high-quality development of the provincial economy and society.

Qin Qinggang gave a brief introduction to the basic situation, business model, and future plans of CITIC Trust. He emphasized that CITIC Trust actively responds to the national call, adheres to serving the real economy, and promotes the high-quality development of the real economy through innovative financial products and services. Tong Degang expressed gratitude for the strong support and assistance that CITIC Bank has provided to the Group's development over the years. He stated that JianTou Group is the main force in the province's infrastructure investment and construction, a vital force in ecological civilization and the construction of a beautiful Yunnan, and a pioneer in "going global" and the "Belt and Road" initiative. In recent years, the Group's production and operation have been generally stable, its main indicators have shown steady progress, and its quality and efficiency have gradually improved, making contributions to the economic and social development of the province. In the past year, JianTou Group and CITIC Bank signed a 60 billion yuan strategic cooperation agreement, establishing a comprehensive strategic partnership and opening a new chapter in bank-enterprise cooperation. Before the meeting, both sides jointly visited the Group's development building and the historical and cultural exhibition hall.

Relevant personnel from the Banking Department (Strategic Customer Department), Investment Banking Department, and Beichen Branch of CITIC Bank Kunming Branch, as well as the Group's deputy chief financial officer, finance department, and fund company, attended the meeting.
