At the homes of the Party member and employees facing difficulties, Chen Zujun engaged in cordial exchanges, inquiring about their health and daily lives, and carefully understanding their practical difficulties and needs. He briefed them on the Group's reform and development over the past year. He pointed out that over the past year, the Group earnestly implemented the decisions and deployments of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, thoroughly implemented the "3815" strategic development goals of our province, upheld the corporate mission of "building a better life and investing in a happy future," adhered to the main line of work of "seeking progress while maintaining stability, and improving quality while progressing." Major economic indicators have steadily increased, employee income has increased simultaneously, brand influence has continued to strengthen, and contributions have been made to the economic and social development of Yunnan Province.

Chen Zujun stated that without the dedication and contributions of the vast number of cadres and employees, there would be no Yunnan Construction Investment today.
