The report's content and the spirit of the speeches were like vivid paintings, showcasing the glorious journey of the group's development under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, reflecting the profound cultural heritage of our enterprise, and releasing the powerful development force of our enterprise. These contents not only inspired and encouraged people, but also provoked deep thought and provided valuable insights. In general, the successful convening of this congress not only pointed out the direction for us but also inspired us to remain firm in our beliefs and strive forward.

13th Engineering Project Department: Yang Zhendong

Recently, the department organized the study and implementation of the spirit of the Second Group Trade Union Congress. Through this study, I deeply feel the weight of my responsibilities and have a clearer direction. In the following work, I will:

1. Deeply study Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. We must adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and integrate it into all aspects of trade union work, truly delivering the Party's care to the hearts of the broad masses of employees.

2. Comprehensively study and implement the Party's important expositions on the working class and trade union work. We must give full play to the role of trade unions as bridges and links, continuously enhancing employees' sense of gain, happiness, and security.

3. Undertake the mission and tasks of trade union organizations in the new era and on the new journey. In the new era and on the new journey, trade union organizations shoulder the important mission of uniting the strength of employees, serving the masses of employees, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of employees, and promoting social fairness and justice. We must take this as a guide, closely focusing on the trade union's "2511" work goals, giving full play to our initiative, proactiveness, and creativity, actively carrying out various tasks, and contributing to the realization of high-quality development with internal connotation for the group.

4. Seriously study the spirit of the meeting and improve one's comprehensive quality. Through studying the spirit of the Second Group Trade Union Congress, we grassroots trade union cadres are invigorated and inspired. Combining my personal work, I would like to share a few of my insights:

1. Learning must never be relaxed. Currently, the social situation and the development of the group and the company are changing rapidly, and many new things require us to learn, explore, and practice, and many new problems await us to study, answer, and solve. This puts new and higher demands on our theoretical literacy, ability level, and knowledge reserves. As the times progress and society develops, knowledge updates are accelerating. As the saying goes, "Learning is like sailing against the current; if you don't advance, you'll fall behind." Only by keeping up with the times, through diligent study, and continuously improving our knowledge level and ability, can we adapt to the needs of our work and the development of society and the company. In our actual work, we must not only learn the necessary political theoretical knowledge but also the professional knowledge necessary for our work, striving to improve our comprehensive abilities. Only in this way can we better carry out trade union work.

2. We must dare to innovate. Those who stick to the old ways will be eliminated by the times; only those who dare to innovate can adapt to development. The process of innovation is also a process of adapting to the development of the new era. In actual work, I must first emancipate my mind, dare to try, and boldly innovate. Secondly, I must overcome complacency. I cannot be satisfied with the status quo; I must be proactive and strive for excellence, using innovative consciousness, spirit, and thinking to carry out my work and strive to achieve greater progress.

3. We must overcome feelings of difficulty. Faced with difficulties and problems in our work, we cannot fear or avoid them. We must have the courage to meet challenges and the determination to solve problems, with an unyielding, tenacious, and pioneering spirit, seizing opportunities and bravely overcoming difficulties in our work.

4. We must uphold principles. Especially in the procurement work of the trade union, in the face of pressure or temptation, we must adhere to national laws and regulations and company rules and regulations, establishing a bulwark against corruption and degeneration in our hearts and a clear boundary in our minds, distinguishing between what can and cannot be done. We must always remain vigilant, self-reliant, self-reflective, self-warning, and self-motivated.

5. We must wholeheartedly serve the employees. We must always adhere to the employee-centric approach, taking the mass line as the lifeline and general keynote of trade union work. We must protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees and continuously enhance their sense of gain, happiness, and belonging. I will earnestly fulfill my basic responsibilities in rights protection and service, focusing on solving practical problems related to the vital interests of employees, continuously enhancing the trade union's leadership, organizational capacity, and service capacity; further innovating work methods, striving to provide accurate and attentive services to employees, promptly understanding their thoughts, concerns, and expectations, and acting as a trusted family member and intimate friend for employees.

Comprehensive Service Center: Yuan Qiujie

The department organized the study of the important speech and work report of the Second Group Trade Union Congress. Studying the speech of Mr. Chen Zujun, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group, at the opening ceremony made me feel excited. Reviewing the achievements of the trade union's work since the group's integration and restructuring, I, as a JianTou person, feel immensely proud.

The report emphasizes that we must establish a sense of the overall situation and global awareness, serve the development center of the enterprise, and make new contributions; we must continue to follow the mass line and continuously practice the "two revolutions," promoting new achievements in trade union work. As a trade union cadre in the company's comprehensive service center, in my future work, I will:

1. Be committed to building a "happy JianTou," always standing firmly on the side of the people, persisting in diligent work to achieve the happy life of employees, and caring for and guaranteeing the improvement of employees' happiness index.

2. Vigorously promote the fine style of close contact with the masses, focusing our work on the grassroots level, listening to the voices of employees, understanding their thoughts and expectations, helping them solve the most concerning, direct, and practical problems, and ensuring that our care and concern for employees are truly implemented.

3.
