Growth

Real-name System Administrator and Safety Officer Bai Houfa

If I had to describe the past year in one word, it would be growth. I went from someone who didn't know much “ Newbie ” to someone who can now work independently as a real-name system administrator and safety officer. This year, I have traveled a long and fulfilling path.

When I first started working on the construction site, I knew that practice is the best teacher. So, I actively threw myself into the work, starting with the most basic knowledge. The real-name system administrator's work allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of the needs and difficulties of the workers, and it also made me pay more attention to protecting the rights and interests of the workers. I always pay attention to the health status and skills training of the workers, and strive to create better working conditions for them. In addition, as a safety officer, I know that safety is the top priority on the construction site. I strictly abide by safety regulations, remain vigilant at all times, and ensure that every construction step meets safety requirements. I will regularly organize safety training and drills to improve the workers' safety awareness and ability to respond to emergencies.

During this year's growth, I have learned many valuable experiences and knowledge. I have realized the importance of responsibility; only by being responsible for myself and others can I achieve better results in my work. At the same time, I also realized the importance of continuous learning. The construction industry is changing rapidly, and only by constantly learning new knowledge and skills can I keep up with the times. This year, I have learned a lot and grown a lot.

Learning has been the keyword for my past year. This year, I have never given up on learning knowledge and skills. The dark night is quiet and lonely, but the more than 100 days of preparing for the Level 1 Construction Engineer exam were exciting and precious. With books as my companions, I wrote down my thoughts. Through hard work, I not only obtained my Level 1 Construction Engineer certificate but also learned self-discipline and understood that empty talk is no match for the effort of taking that first step.

In the new year, I will continue to work hard, moving forward unwaveringly on the path of learning, striving to improve my knowledge and skills, and laying a solid foundation for more efficient work!

Carrying Forward the Past, Opening Up the Future

If I had to use one word to describe the past year, I would use "Carrying Forward the Past, Opening Up the Future." This was my first year of work and my first year working on this project. This year can be divided into two stages: In the early stage, during project preparation, I followed the department leaders to other projects for cross-checks, learning the advantages of real-name system management from various departments and filling in the gaps in my own position. In the later stage, after the project started, I ran around the construction site, calculating the required amount of various materials, contacting various material suppliers, confirming the supply plan, listening to the material plans and control requirements formulated by the project manager and senior colleagues in the department, and diligently accumulating construction experience.

In the new year, I will continue to diligently learn the professional construction experience of my senior colleagues in various aspects and strive to obtain certificates.

Effort

This year, I transitioned from a project technical personnel to a project manager. From initially only needing to address project management issues from a specific point, to now needing to think and plan comprehensively, I realize that this is not just a change in title, but also a heavier responsibility. After solving each problem, I reflect on my shortcomings in the problem-solving process and consider whether I could have done better if I encountered the same problem again. In this way, I grow through reflection and improve through communication.

In the new year, I will continue to work hard, comprehensively improving myself in budget, construction, and technology, and seriously and positively dealing with people and things at work to become a qualified manager.

If I had to describe my past year in one word, it would be striving. This year, I have been traveling between projects, from Mengnuo to Gejiu, diligently working on the front lines and doing my job well. In the new year, I will continue to work hard, improve my business management level, and make the front-line management work solid and meticulous.
