The Eleventh Engineering Project Department Trade Union Special Study Group Trade Union Second Representative Conference Meeting Spirit

1 On March 3, the trade union of the Eleventh Engineering Project Department held a special meeting to convey and study the spirit of the second congress of the group's trade union and to arrange and deploy relevant work. 15 leaders, Party members, and employees from Kunming attended the meeting.

At the meeting, participants focused on studying the important speeches given by Chen Zujun, Party secretary and chairman of the board of the group, and Yue Qiongying, member of the Party group and director of the Economic Auditing Committee of Yunnan Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, as well as the report entitled "United Struggle on a New Journey: Being a Main Force in Construction and Promoting High-Quality Development of the Group through Internal Enhancement" delivered by Chen Zouxuang, deputy secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the trade union of the group.

The meeting required: First, all cadres and employees should implement the spirit of the congress in all aspects of their work, practically using the theory to arm their minds, guide practice, and promote work. Second, they should enhance their political standing, obey the overall situation, follow arrangements, and perform their duties with full effort. They should comprehensively strengthen their own construction with the spirit of reform and innovation, and strive to do what the Party and government need, what employees urgently need, and what the trade union can do. Third, they should adhere to the work orientation of placing employees at the center, promote solutions to issues that employees care about, such as skills training, income distribution, social security, and safety and hygiene, and strive to achieve, maintain, and develop the fundamental interests of employees.
