Company pressure pipeline construction permit renewal work completed successfully

1 On February 2, the company successfully obtained a new pressure pipeline installation license, and the renewal and re-certification work was successfully completed.

The company's pressure pipeline installation license covers a wide range of categories and sub-items, including qualifications for long-distance pipelines GA2, public pipelines GB1+GB2, and industrial pipelines GC1+GC2+GCD. This makes it one of the few companies in the province with the most comprehensive qualifications. The operational management within the scope of this qualification is complex, and the coordination of process inspection and monitoring is extensive. During the renewal cycle, the requirements for system conditions, resource conditions, performance conditions, and operational support conditions are extremely strict, making renewal and re-certification extremely difficult. Therefore, at the beginning of 2023, the company deployed the pressure pipeline renewal and re-certification work as a key annual task. Through careful planning and preparation, improving the necessary conditions for the review, and holding multiple special renewal meetings, the renewal and identification review was finally completed in October. The review agency determined that the operation remained effective during the license period and met the requirements for special equipment licenses.

According to the Announcement of the State Administration for Market Regulation (No. 41, 2021), the Catalog of Special Equipment Production Unit Licenses has been revised and adjusted. In this renewal, the original boiler installation (including repair and modification) license and pressure pipeline installation license have been merged into one new certificate. The new certificate also clarifies that industrial pipeline installation GC1 level covers the original GC2 level, and other licensed items remain consistent with the previous cycle.
