12 On October 10, the pre-acceptance of the 1.5 million-ton potassium chloride phase I project of Laos Kaiyuan Mining Co., Ltd., undertaken by the First Engineering Project Department, was successfully completed.

The pre-acceptance lasted 10 days, mainly conducted through on-site inspections, focusing on the quality of civil engineering and the interoperability of various systems. On-site inspections showed that the building structures of the Laos Kaiyuan 1.5 million-ton potassium chloride phase I project are in good condition and have complete functions. The project has been put into full-scale production and has successfully achieved its production targets. Next, the project department will actively coordinate personnel to rectify the problems found during the pre-acceptance and continue to prepare for the final project acceptance and completion settlement.

It is understood that, Laos Kaiyuan Mining Co., Ltd. is currently the largest potassium salt enterprise in Laos, planning to develop into the largest potassium salt base and demonstration factory in Southeast Asia. Undertaken by the First Engineering Project Department, the 1.5 million-ton potassium chloride project phase I construction and installation project of Laos Kaiyuan Mining Co., Ltd. includes: process steel structure installation; installation of process equipment, process pipelines, plant water supply and drainage and fire protection networks, electrical instruments, non-standard manufacturing and installation, and insulation; single-unit equipment commissioning, coordinated commissioning (until the conditions for load-bearing commissioning are met); load-bearing commissioning and performance assessment maintenance (visa according to the actual workload); preparation of single-unit debugging schemes, quality elimination, and other technical services.
