11 On July 23, the main structure of the comprehensive building for the Yunnan Green and Low-Carbon Demonstration Industrial Park water supply project, undertaken by the Third Engineering Project Department, was successfully topped out, marking a significant milestone in the project and laying a solid foundation for subsequent construction.
