11 On November 19, the 2023 China International Travel Mart, themed "Hello! China," co-hosted by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Civil Aviation Administration of China, and the Yunnan Provincial People's Government, concluded in Kunming. Yunnan Construction Investment Group, along with its subsidiary Yunnan Tourism and Health Industry Investment Co., Ltd., participated in the event, fully demonstrating the Group's confidence, determination, and sincerity in deeply practicing the concept of "There's a Way of Life Called Yunnan."

High Importance, Careful Organization of Participation

Since the beginning of this year, Yunnan Construction Investment Group, with its mission of "Building a Better Life, Investing in a Happy Future," has actively created a JianTou chapter in the vivid practice of promoting "There's a Way of Life Called Yunnan." From November 11th to 12th, the "There's a Way of Life Called Yunnan" - Yunnan Construction Investment Group Practice Demonstration and Cultural Tourism and Health Industry Promotion series of activities held in the Mile Dongfengyun International Health and Tourism Resort fully demonstrated Yunnan Construction Investment Group's solid contributions to adding new strength, injecting new vitality, and creating new approaches for Yunnan's cultural tourism industry.

The Group attached great importance to this year's Travel Mart, with its subsidiary, Yunnan Tourism and Health Industry Investment Co., Ltd., taking the lead in organizing the participation. The exhibition hall, themed "New Strength, New Vitality, New Approaches," comprehensively showcased Yunnan Construction Investment Group's "12312" key project framework for the cultural tourism and health industry through brochures, picture books, and promotional videos. Currently, the Group has integrated its cultural tourism and health industry, forming an industrial layout of 1 provincial-level tourism resort area, 2 provincial-level health demonstration areas, 3 national 4A-level tourist attractions, and 12 high-quality hotels. Since their operation, the 12 hotels have cumulatively received over 1.75 million tourists, achieving approximately 750 million yuan in revenue and creating 1200 jobs annually.

Wonderful Presentation, Joint Pursuit of In-depth Cooperation

Through high-level coordination and overall planning, the Group has connected its subsidiaries located in Honghe, Baoshan, Zhaotong, Yuxi, Dehong, and Nujiang, including the Mile Dongfengyun International Health and Tourism Resort, Muxing Valley International Health Resort, Nandian Yunyin International Health and Hot Spring Resort, Shangri-La Moonlight City, and hotels such as Mile Dongfengyun Meijingge Select Hotel, Yuanjiang Qixia Mountain Hot Spring Garden Hotel, Baoshan Qinghuahai Guanfang Garden Hotel, Xinping Gasha Wai Tan Crowne Plaza Hotel, Nandian Banshan Hot Spring Hotel, Chengjiang Courtyard, Yuncha Mountain Villa Hotel, Dulongjiang Tianjing Hotel, Qiaojia Jinsha Hotel, Zhaotong Development Building Hotel, Guizhou Dafang Mu'ege Hotel, and Fangchenggang Shenhang International Hotel, creating a network across Yunnan. These locations were showcased at the Travel Mart, allowing travelers to experience diverse landscapes, from mountain adventures to relaxing health retreats, unique hot springs, and the rich cultural traditions of Yunnan.

"Welcome to the Yunnan Construction Investment Group exhibition hall..." Staff enthusiastically introduced Yunnan Construction Investment Group and its cultural tourism and health projects to visitors. "Let's add each other on WeChat; I hope we can further cooperate!" said Mr. Gao, from a travel agency in Inner Mongolia. At this year's Travel Mart, the Yunnan Construction Investment Group exhibition hall served as an effective exchange platform, attracting thousands of visitors, including representatives from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Provincial Party Committee and Government, China Tourism Group, cultural tourism departments from various provinces and regions, and international delegations from Laos, Sri Lanka, and Vietnam. Hundreds of visitors expressed their intention to cooperate, bringing new opportunities for the development of the cultural tourism and health industry.

Special Products: Grape Fragrance Fills the Travel Mart

During the Travel Mart, the Group's booth was bustling with activity. A wide variety of creative products were on display, based on Mile grapes and developed in collaboration with local wineries and top Chinese perfumers, including grape juice, wine, and home goods. "This grape juice has a rich flavor and a perfect balance of sweet and sour; it's very characteristic of Yunnan!" said Mr. Yang, who was sampling the juice, giving it a thumbs-up. The grape juice is extracted from fresh grapes, its bright and clear color shimmering in the glass bottle, its sweet and rich aroma enticing. A sip leaves a lingering fragrance. Grape essential oil, diffused through aroma stones, filled the exhibition area with a delightful scent. Original IP-themed mascots "Holuolu," "Huangjiujiu," "Molicheng," and "Tuxiaoman," based on the Dongfengyun's original artistic architecture, attracted many visitors to take photos. The exhibition area, with its fine wines, drinks, fragrances, and cute mascots, allowed visitors to experience the "beautiful, fun, delicious, and comfortable" Yunnan life.

Yunnan Construction Investment Group will use this Travel Mart as an opportunity to closely follow Yunnan Province's "3815" strategic development goals and thoroughly implement the "3512" development goals. The Group will strive to vividly interpret the practice of "There's a Way of Life Called Yunnan," actively explore new models for the deep integration of agriculture, culture, health, and tourism, vigorously build a Yunnan-characteristic cultural tourism ecosystem, provide diverse high-quality cultural tourism products, and comprehensively create new cultural tourism experiences, adding new strength, injecting new vitality, and creating new approaches for Yunnan's cultural tourism industry.
