10 On October 18, Wang Zhuan, Party Secretary and Chairman of Honghe Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd., and his entourage went to the Third Engineering Project Department to conduct research and guidance on the water supply project of the Yunnan Green and Low-Carbon Demonstration Industrial Park.

Wang Zhuan and his entourage went deep into the project site for on-site inspections, listened to the project manager's report on the project's construction progress, safety, and material management, and gave full affirmation. Through the on-site inspection, Wang Zhuan emphasized: First, we must firmly establish safety awareness, always adhere to the management goal of "safety first, people-oriented", effectively strengthen risk control and hidden danger investigation work, and always keep the safety production red line tight; second, we must closely follow the target of putting into production at the end of the year, scientifically arrange the construction period, strengthen quality standards, strictly enforce refined management, strictly implement work in accordance with various regulations and industry standards, and ensure the steady progress of the project construction; third, while accelerating the construction progress, we must also strengthen the construction of the engineering quality system, strictly control raw materials and construction processes, and ensure the quality of the project. Up to now, the water supply project of the Yunnan Green and Low-Carbon Demonstration Industrial Park of the Third Engineering Project Department has completed 100% of the water transmission pipeline project, 60% of the floating pump station, and 50% of the integrated water purification equipment. The main tasks in the near future are to complete the main construction of the comprehensive building, lay a good foundation and prepare for the timely production of the project at the end of the year.
