9 On September 22nd, the First Party Congress of the Yunnan Provincial Construction Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. of the Communist Party of China was successfully held at the Yunnan JianTou Development Building. The Group, closely adhering to the province's "3815" strategic development goals, set a timetable and roadmap for achieving the goal of becoming a leading domestic and internationally renowned modern construction investment group. It comprehensively implemented the Group's "3512" development goals, aiming to achieve "3 years of quality improvement, 5 years of strengthening internal substance, and 12 years of creating a first-class group," to comprehensively build a leading domestic and internationally renowned modern construction investment group by 2035. The congress systematically summarized the achievements since the group's integration and restructuring, scientifically analyzed the opportunities and challenges faced, proposed the "3512" development goals, and outlined the Group's development blueprint for the next five and twelve years.

Through studying the spirit of the meeting, I have gained a deep understanding of the Group's current development status and future direction. The Group's development requires the participation and efforts of each and every one of us. Whether it's the enterprise or the individual, we all need to fully utilize our roles. In work and study, we must be based on our positions, learn and think together, and actively consider how to apply our knowledge and skills to practical work. We must build a solid barrier against corruption and degeneration in our thoughts and actions. The Group's First Party Congress was a grand meeting that raised high the flag and inspired people to forge ahead; it was a democratic, harmonious, and consensus-building meeting. The congress systematically summarized the achievements of reform and development since the group's integration and restructuring, analyzed the current difficulties faced in development, proposed the development goals and important measures of "3 years of quality improvement, 5 years of strengthening internal substance, and 12 years of creating a first-class group," and depicted the development blueprint of comprehensively building a leading domestic and internationally renowned modern construction investment group by 2035. We must firmly grasp the high-quality development with internal substance of the Group, accelerate development without wavering, and strive relentlessly to comprehensively build a leading domestic and internationally renowned modern construction investment group.

Through studying the spirit of the Party Congress, I have further broadened my horizons, updated my concepts, and improved my theoretical level. I also have a deeper understanding of the Group's goal of building a leading domestic and internationally renowned modern construction investment group, and a stronger sense of mission and responsibility. Studying the spirit of the Party Congress has made me even more aware of the importance of improving my own professional skills and work ability. First, as a trade union worker, I must not only have firm political beliefs but also a spirit of wholeheartedly serving the employees.
