The First Party Congress is an important meeting held at a critical moment of deeply studying and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. It is also an important meeting held at a critical moment when the Group Company embarks on a new journey of contributing to China's modernization with high-quality development and striving for a new era. It is a meeting that upholds the banner, unites democracy, and unites people and inspires progress. Recently, I have continued to study the "Two Committees" report of the Group Company's Party Congress. The report comprehensively reviews the arduous journey of the company's entrepreneurial path in the new era after the restructuring and integration. By focusing on development, concentrating on projects, reforming internally, benchmarking first-class management, making every effort to prevent risks, strengthening the foundation and soul by strengthening Party building, we have firmly grasped the opportunity of the second entrepreneurship, creating a vigorous and positive atmosphere for reform and development, and accelerating the pace of high-quality development with internal strength.

Looking back since the restructuring of the Group Company, in the face of the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic and profound and complex changes in the international and domestic situations, and in the face of tasks such as reform, restructuring, and business development, the Party Committee of the Group Company, led by all cadres and employees, resolutely implemented the decisions and deployments of the CPC Central Committee and the Party Committee of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and carried out many creative and groundbreaking works. After studying the two reports of the Group's First Party Congress, my most prominent feeling is that the content is more substantial, closer, and more up-to-date.

Since the restructuring, the Group Company has made new progress in all aspects of its work. It summarized the achievements of reform and development since the restructuring from four aspects and 21 sub-items. In writing about the development mission in the new journey, it pointed out the goals of "three years of quality improvement", "five years of strengthening internal strength", and "twelve years of creating first-class", and proposed the overall thinking for the next five years' work, while calling on everyone to be confident, determined, proactive in identifying, adapting to, and seeking change, and to achieve "five unwavering principles". The Group's new achievements in the new journey are elaborated from seven aspects of persistence.

As an employee, the most intuitive feeling is that the care for employees is heartwarming, and the employee welfare benefits are close to people's hearts. Recalling the monthly salary when I first started working, my income has increased several times, especially since the restructuring of the Group, the salary increase has been faster. We have taken advantage of the development of the Group and the company, and have a happy work and life, becoming an experiencer of "Happy JianTou".

As a Party member, what resonates with me is that grassroots Party building is integrated into the central work. The comprehensive implementation of the leading cadre duty system, the holiday on-site investigation and supervision system, the key project guarantee system, and the debt collection and clearing work mechanisms have formed a work situation where "Party affairs + business" are intertwined. At the same time, Party assault teams are established in urgent, difficult, dangerous, and heavy projects to give full play to the exemplary role of Party members, so that the Party flag flies high on the projects.

As a middle-level cadre, I feel the importance of always insisting on grasping practical and meticulous management and unswervingly enhancing the vitality of enterprise development. Strict economic control and building a lifeline are crucial for cost reduction and efficiency improvement for the company and projects. The company conducts comprehensive economic control over construction projects, making the various stages of the projects more coordinated and efficient, effectively preventing project risks, taking corresponding measures in advance for prevention and response, and thus reducing the risk of losses.

Secretary and Chairman Chen Zujun delivered a report on behalf of the Group Committee entitled "Upholding the Great Banner   Forging Ahead on the Great Journey   Strive for the Inherent High-Quality Development of the Group." The report comprehensively summarized the development achievements and experiences of the Group since its restructuring and integration, and proposed the Group's "3512" development goal, namely, "3 years of quality improvement, 5 years of strengthening internal strength, and 12 years of creating first-class." It planned the overall thinking for the next five years' work, eight more fighting goals, and five unwavering principles, and pointed out the new achievements that cadres and employees should demonstrate in the new development mission from seven aspects of persistent adherence. This is a meeting that inspires progress, unites consensus, and promotes common development, outlining the Group's development blueprint for the next twelve years.

In future work, I will achieve comprehensive learning, profound understanding, and responsible performance of duties. I will consciously unify my thoughts and actions with the decisions and deployments of the Party committees of the Group and the company, and unite my wisdom and strength to achieve the goals and tasks determined by the Party Congress.
