However, the most difficult part is that the torrential rain comes without warning. Personnel entering the site must wear an airtight raincoat over their work clothes. It is slightly better when it rains, but once the rain stops, the hot air rushes back. Walking around the construction site, the outside is dry, but the work clothes are soaked with sweat, changing color. Under such extreme weather conditions, how to ensure the safety of on-site construction personnel, effectively carry out flood prevention and heatstroke prevention work, and ensure the successful completion of various construction tasks is a major challenge facing the project department.
