Company's benchmarking exchange on the transformation project of the Kunming College People's West Road plot and surrounding areas in Si Gong Si

To further advance the company's production safety checklist supervision and management and strengthen the safety responsibilities of all employees, on the morning of September 28, the company's safety director led a team of 12 people from the Safety Supervision and Management Department, Production Management Department, and Information Center to the Kunming College People's West Road plot and surrounding area renovation project site of Yunnan Construction Investment No. 4 Construction Co., Ltd. to conduct benchmarking learning.

At the meeting, the safety director of the Kunming College People's West Road plot and surrounding area renovation project detailed the use, advantages and disadvantages, and relevant work experience of the four companies' existing production safety management checklist modules. Participants discussed and exchanged views on modules such as project management personnel's operational safety condition confirmation, personal credit score evaluation, safety production responsibility assessment, pre-shift safety activities, implementation of safety "grid", and monitoring of operational risk points.

Through this learning, we have further clarified our work思路, broadened our horizons, and in the future, both sides will continue to strengthen exchanges and learning, achieving resource sharing and mutual learning to better promote the project's safety checklist management and comprehensively improve the company's project production safety management level.
