The company's second phase of company-wide skills training has been successfully completed.

To further solidify employees' professional skills, comprehensively improve the company's project management level, and focus on project profitability, The company held its second company-wide skills training from May 8th to 12th, with a total of 73 participants.

This training was conducted by combining professional theoretical knowledge with practical exercises. The professional knowledge courses mainly covered safety, economics, technology, engineering progress, human resource management, real-name registration management, and engineering document archiving. Practical courses were given in six aspects: welding, lifting, measurement, electrical, fitter, and riveter.

Participants said that this training was highly targeted and practical, combining explanations of professional theoretical knowledge with practical exercises. The training was effective and laid a solid foundation for further promoting the company's compliance management.
