The Eight Ministries launched a "Safety Production Lecture Hall" activity

On the morning of December 8th, the Eighth Engineering Project Department of the company held a "Safety Production Lecture Hall" activity. Cui Yongzhi, the Party Committee Vice Secretary, Vice Chairman of the Board, and General Manager of the company; Yan Xueguang, the Party Committee Member and Deputy General Manager of the company; employees from relevant functional departments; and all employees of the Eighth Engineering Department participated in the meeting. Frontline project employees of the Eighth Engineering Department participated in the meeting via DingTalk live broadcast.

At the meeting, the Engineering Department Manager, based on the group's "Four Guarantees, One Tree, and One Control" Implementation Details (Safety Chapter)”, gave a safety production lecture to all employees of the Eighth Engineering Department. The lecture analyzed the current shortcomings and weaknesses in safety production within the Eighth Engineering Department and proposed corresponding solutions and improvement measures. Members of the Eighth Engineering Department's leadership team and key personnel conducted a comprehensive analysis and discussion of the problems in their own safety management work, continuously promoting the standardization of safety production management.

Cui Yongzhi, combining the actual situation of the department, put forward three requirements: First, the leadership team of the Engineering Department must enhance their understanding of safety production management from an ideological perspective, strengthen the safety awareness and sense of responsibility of all employees of the Engineering Department, completely eliminate any complacency, and strictly prevent the lack of a sense of responsibility among project construction management personnel due to inadequate ideological understanding and organizational leadership; Second, continuously improve the safety production management system based on the actual project situation, formulating management systems and measures that meet the actual situation of the project, and promoting the standardization of safety production management; Third, continuously strengthen the enforcement of safety production management systems, establish a long-term mechanism for safety production management responsibility based on the actual project situation, continuously consolidate safety responsibilities, and effectively transmit the pressure of safety responsibility to the project frontline.

Yan Xueguang, addressing the problems existing in the Engineering Department, required: First, strengthen safety education and training for the Engineering Department's safety officers and related personnel, strengthen safety responsibility awareness, and improve safety management levels; Second, strictly implement daily safety management work, establish and improve the safety management account work mechanism, and earnestly implement the daily management work of rural migrant workers' real-name system, safety briefing, and hazard investigation; Third, strengthen safety management accountability and punishment, implement list management for safety hazards existing at the construction site, clearly define the relevant responsible persons item by item, strengthen responsibility implementation and accountability, and seriously deal with those responsible for inadequate supervision in safety management work, effectively building a bottom-line awareness of safety.
