On the afternoon of December 9th, the 10th Engineering Project Department of the company organized a "Safety Production Lecture Hall" activity. Yan Xueguang, member of the company's Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, attended the event, along with the deputy manager of the company's production safety department and all employees of the 10th Engineering Department. Yan Xueguang emphasized that safety management is the foundation of the company's production and development. Efforts should be made to strengthen the foundation of safety management and enhance the implementation of safety management regulations. Management systems should be established and improved in accordance with the company's safety management system, matching the actual situation of the department. The primary responsibility of the project manager should be strictly implemented, increasing the project manager's attention to safety management, and linking safety management with awards, commendations, and cadre recommendations. In addition, preventive measures should be taken in projects in Mangshi, Ruili, and Lianghe.

During the event, the department manager analyzed several typical safety accident cases and analyzed the existing safety hazards in the engineering department's frontline projects. The deputy manager of the production safety department provided specific guidance on the engineering department's safety work.
