To respond to the group's requirements for refined cost management and improvement, enhance the company's cost calculation capabilities, enrich the company's economic data reserves, and continuously improve the company's cost control capabilities and efficiency. This training focused on the daily cost preparation of the installation sector's budget system, providing detailed explanations and demonstrations of the operation and use of cost preparation software, data upload, and pushing to the i8 system. The differences and connections between pre-bid cost estimation, target cost estimation, monthly income and expenditure, and road and bridge and civil engineering cost estimation were explained in detail, as well as the selection of labor, professional, and mixed subcontracting models; adjustments to main materials, engineering quantities, and expenses; the setting of cost price indexes; value-added tax input and output tax deduction calculations; the import of different interface income files (standard format and Excel format); and the verification and analysis of budget income data.

The training instructors were recommended by the Group's Enterprise Management Department. During the training, the trainees actively exchanged ideas with the instructors regarding problems encountered in their daily operations, and the training achieved its expected results.
