Gu Yongmao inspected and guided the first phase of the water resource comprehensive utilization supporting project of the Ludila Hydropower Station in Dali Prefecture, Yunnan Province, under the Wugong Department's Dianzhong Water Diversion Project

On November 28, Gu Yongmao, Party Secretary and Chairman of the company, went to the Fifth Engineering Project Department to inspect and guide the work of the Dali Prefecture Ludila Hydropower Station Water Resource Comprehensive Utilization Supporting Phase I Project of the Dianzhong Water Diversion Project.

The Dali Prefecture Ludila Hydropower Station Water Resource Comprehensive Utilization Supporting Phase I Project of the Dianzhong Water Diversion Project includes: civil engineering, steel structure manufacturing and installation, electromechanical equipment installation, and bridge and cable installation.

Gu Yongmao carefully reviewed the project's construction schedule and safety management work, and put forward the following requirements:

First, the project has a tight schedule, heavy tasks, and multiple cross-operations. Management work needs to be strengthened, safety production responsibilities implemented, and construction carefully organized according to the group's "Four Guarantees, One Control, and One Tree" requirements to establish a good image for the group and the company.

Second, strengthen quality management, achieve owner recognition with high-quality construction and services, eliminate common engineering quality defects, and establish a good company image.

Third, strengthen epidemic prevention and control, ensure personnel safety, and steadily promote project implementation.

Fourth, pay attention to the selection and management of the labor force, strictly implement DingTalk clock-in, keep a close eye on the labor company's wage payment ledger, and promptly conduct trace management and potential risk prevention.
