Cui Yongzhi inspected and guided the work of the raw material substitution and technological transformation project of Yigongbu Jiulong Paper Industry (Dongguan) and attended the project launch ceremony.

On the morning of October 28, Cui Yongzhi, the Party Committee Vice Secretary, Vice Chairman, and General Manager of the company, went to the No. 1 Engineering Project Department to inspect and guide the work of the wood fiber replacement waste paper raw material technology transformation project of Nine Dragons Paper (Dongguan) Co., Ltd., and attended the groundbreaking ceremony.

The main construction content of the wood fiber replacement waste paper raw material technology transformation project of Nine Dragons Paper (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. includes: A 1000-ton/day wood fiber hot grinding and washing workshop and a 1000-ton/day wood fiber steaming and washing workshop, a set of material supply and raw material replacement technical transformation project slurry delivery and white water recovery external public corridor, a multi-effect evaporation system with an evaporation capacity of 300tH2O/h, a 400tH2O/h MVR system, a 2500m³/day white liquor causticizing system, a 1000-ton/day wood fiber hot grinding and washing production line and a 1000-ton/day wood fiber steaming and washing production line, and supporting water supply and drainage, chemicals, pulp line transportation and recycled water systems, etc.

Since the personnel entered the site, the project department has quickly familiarized itself with the on-site organization and construction, which has been highly recognized by the owner. It is expected that the designed annual production capacity of 600,000 tons of wood fiber will be put into production in the second quarter of 2022.

After carefully inspecting the construction site, Cui Yongzhi provided guidance on the project's progress, quality, and safety management, expressed cordial greetings to the employees working on the front lines, gave full affirmation to the work that has been completed, and encouraged all employees to work together and strive to deliver a satisfactory result to the company.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, Cui Yongzhi emphasized: The project construction should strictly implement the group's requirements of “four guarantees, one control, and one tree”, comprehensively grasp the project quality, safety, and progress management; give full play to the spirit of the plateau iron army, and complete the project with high quality and quantity under the premise of ensuring safety.
