Company-wide mobilization meeting on special rectification of prominent issues in business management

On September 5th, the company held a mobilization meeting for the special campaign to rectify prominent issues in business management. More than 70 people attended the meeting, including members of the company's leadership team in Kunming, members of the leadership teams of various grassroots units, and heads of various functional departments. The meeting was chaired by Sun Jinyao, member of the company's Party Committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission.

The meeting emphasized that this special campaign aims to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, the 12th Plenary Session of the 10th Provincial Committee, and the Sixth Plenary Session of the 10th Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, as well as the speech delivered by Comrade Feng Zhili, Secretary of the Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Director of the Provincial Supervisory Committee, at the 2021 annual meeting on Party style, clean government, and anti-corruption work in provincial-level enterprises. The main goals are to advance the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party to a deeper level and to strengthen the implementation of the requirements of the "Clean JianTou" construction activities within the company. The special campaign will focus on four key areas: "leading cadres interfering in the bidding, procurement, and equipment leasing of projects," "transactions between leading cadres' relatives and specific related parties and enterprises," "falsification of project funds," and "falsification of business data." The campaign will be conducted in three phases among the company's two-level leading cadres and key personnel.

The meeting required that all grassroots Party branches and functional departments earnestly fulfill their primary responsibilities, strengthen publicity and education, and explain the requirements of the rectification campaign and the consequences of concealing, omitting, or falsifying information to leading cadres and key personnel within their jurisdiction. The goals and requirements of the rectification campaign should be communicated to all cadres and employees to ensure unity of thought and action. Strict adherence to the requirements is necessary to complete self-examination and rectification within the stipulated time limit, strictly regulate the ethical conduct of cadres and employees within their jurisdiction, vigorously promote the common behavioral norms of "loving one's job, cherishing one's position; honesty and trustworthiness, and legal operation," and ensure that the special rectification campaign achieves tangible results. Grassroots Party branches and functional departments should, based on the principle of immediate rectification and simultaneous investigation and rectification, seriously analyze and identify the causes of problems found in the self-examination and self-correction work of the special rectification campaign and the opinions of the joint inspection team, and strictly implement rectification according to requirements within the stipulated time limit, strictly regulating the ethical conduct of cadres and employees within their jurisdiction.
