To strengthen the control of equipment and materials for frontline engineering projects and promote the scientific and standardized management of equipment and materials, the Third Engineering Project Department organized a special training session on equipment and materials management on August 25. The company's equipment and materials department manager, key leaders of the engineering department, and materials managers from various projects participated in the training.

The main content of this special training included: operation of the DingTalk materials platform and NC system, the cloud-based Yingjia materials procurement process, time node control for on-site receipt and material entry in the DingTalk system, and standard operation of on-site material and equipment inquiries and bidding.
This training addressed common problems encountered by various frontline project departments in equipment and materials management. Materials personnel also gave detailed reports and exchanges on the business work of their currently responsible projects.
Through this training, participants gained a deeper understanding of equipment and materials management and had a clearer plan for future work, achieving the goal of strengthening communication and mutual progress.
