Lü Chunping conducts economic operation research at the Six Ministries

On August 9, Lu Chunping, the company's chief economist, went to the Sixth Engineering Project Department to investigate the progress of the engineering department's debt collection work and the economic operation situation.

The engineering department manager and chief economist, based on the company's overall debt collection work deployment, reported on the progress of the engineering department's debt collection work, the economic operation status, and the settlement status of various projects. The contract budget department provided feedback on the problems existing in the economic control process of the Sixth Engineering Project Department and provided solutions to the problems encountered in project settlement.

In conjunction with the economic operation of the engineering department, Lu Chunping put forward five requirements: First, members of the engineering department leadership team should enhance their sense of responsibility, earnestly implement the company's responsibility letter for the debt collection campaign, assign responsibilities, positions, and time, and promptly recover funds; Second, increase the intensity of project settlement, prepare high-quality and quantitative completion settlement, do a good job in settlement tracking, and ensure the achievement of project settlement goals; Third, strengthen the control ability of the engineering department's economic operation, in accordance with the management requirements of "one project, one accounting, one project, one settlement," ensure independent accounting and independent calculation for each project, clear task decomposition, and ensure the smooth achievement of various management goals; Fourth, carefully sort out completed but unsettled projects, and promptly complete internal settlement, cost closure, and profit and loss analysis; Fifth, strengthen the construction of the engineering department's budget team, and build a high-efficiency, cohesive, and combat-ready excellent team.
