On May 10, Luo Shixiong, the vice mayor of Qujing City, led a team to conduct a field research and guidance on the Luliang County Xiaobaihu (Mengniu) Ranch project, which is being constructed by the Seventh Engineering Project Department.

Luo Shixiong went deep into the construction site and comprehensively understood the project's production progress, quality and safety, and the main difficulties currently faced. He fully affirmed the project department's work and the current construction progress, especially the dust prevention work on site, and put forward requirements for the project's future work.

Luo Shixiong's requirements are: First, strengthen the project department's epidemic prevention and control management, and do not relax epidemic prevention work; second, with the hot weather, the project department should take sufficient preventive measures against heatstroke; third, protect finished products and conduct civilized and green construction; fourth, complete the construction task efficiently and quickly while ensuring safety and quality.
