Cui Yongzhi inspected and guided the work of the Kunming No. 9 Water Purification Plant project in the Sixth Ministry of Industry.

On March 10, Cui Yongzhi, Deputy Secretary of the Company's Party Committee, Vice Chairman, and General Manager, and Xu Yanlu, Chief Engineer, went to the Kunming No. 9 Water Purification Plant Upgrading Project of the Sixth Engineering Project Department to inspect and guide the work.

Cui Yongzhi and his team went deep into the project construction site for inspection and provided guidance on the automatic welding technology of pipelines for the No. 9 Sewage Treatment Plant project, affirming the project's progress.

Cui Yongzhi required: First, comprehensive quality control must be implemented, and every step of the construction process must be strictly controlled to prevent any quality problems; second, the awareness that 'innovation is the primary driving force for development' must be established. Under the premise of ensuring quality, we must be brave in innovation and bold in practice, improve our thinking methods, and develop automatic pipeline welding towards professionalization and scale; third, while ensuring safe production, we must reasonably arrange the construction period, organize personnel well, seize the progress, and ensure the owner's water supply target requirements.
