On the afternoon of January 5th, the company held a 2020 annual performance review meeting for the leading cadres of the functional departments of the administrative organs in the conference hall. Company leadership team members, leading cadres from various departments of the administrative organs, main leaders from various grassroots units, and employee representatives, totaling 72 people, attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Sun Jinyao, member of the company's Party committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee.

Cui Yongzhi, deputy secretary of the company's Party committee and manager, made a mobilization speech, putting forward three requirements: First, raise awareness and take the cadre assessment work seriously. Second, act impartially and correctly exercise democratic rights. Third, strengthen the application of cadre assessment results. He encouraged the leading cadres of the functional departments of the administrative organs to take the performance review, accountability review, integrity review, and democratic assessment as an opportunity to earnestly identify their shortcomings and continuously improve, leveraging their strengths and avoiding weaknesses in their future work, striving for progress, and helping the company's various tasks reach a new level next year.

At the meeting, 23 leading cadres from the functional departments of the administrative organs gave performance reviews, accountability reviews, and integrity reviews in turn according to the lottery order. Within six minutes, the speakers focused on fulfilling their duties, the completion of key tasks, ideological and moral cultivation, integrity, the main problems encountered in their work, and their future plans. After each cadre's report, members of the company's leadership team gave comprehensive comments on the performance of the cadres, questioned the completion of the work, and put forward opinions and suggestions. A democratic assessment was conducted at the meeting.

Gu Yongmao, secretary of the company's Party committee and chairman of the board, delivered a summary speech. He emphasized that the cadre assessment work is a special project focusing on prominent problems such as insufficient motivation ("unwilling to work"), insufficient ability ("unable to work"), and insufficient responsibility ("unwilling to take responsibility") among the cadre team. Through the assessment, the leading cadres of the functional departments of the administrative organs strengthened their sense of mission and responsibility, realistically identified their shortcomings, listened to opinions from multiple sources, took the initiative to take on responsibilities, actively worked, comprehensively improved their work abilities, and promoted the continuous improvement of the company's overall management level.

He required the leading cadres of the company's functional departments to: 1. Deeply study and understand Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, as well as the spirits of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Fourth and Fifth Plenary Sessions of the 19th Central Committee, grasp the correct political direction, and improve political ability. 2. Strengthen professional learning, continuously improve comprehensive quality and professional skills, and strive to continuously improve the company's production and operation management level. 3. Be based on their duties and serve the grassroots level. Further strengthen the sense of purpose, the awareness of guidance and inspection, and the sense of service. Give full play to the functions of the administrative organs and continuously improve the efficiency of management. 4. Maintain integrity and strictly abide by the red line of discipline. Strictly demand themselves, benchmark against standards to find gaps, and be a leader in "loving their jobs, cherishing their positions, being honest and trustworthy, and operating legally."
