120-Day War | Boiler Ignition Successful at Yigongbu Huize Cigarette Factory Project

At 2:16 PM on December 25th, the installation of three vertical gas boilers for the Hongyun Red River Tobacco (Group) Co., Ltd. Huize Cigarette Factory coal-fired boiler to gas boiler conversion project, undertaken by the First Engineering Project Department, was successfully ignited.

This project includes: Installation of 2 Credence fully automatic vertical gas boilers with a rated evaporation capacity of 10t/h and 1 with a rated evaporation capacity of 5.3t/h; supply and installation of boiler supporting equipment; supply and installation of process pipelines and valves; supply and installation of flue; fabrication and installation of equipment platforms, ladders, and railings; protective demolition, relocation, and installation of obsolete equipment.

To meet the owner's ignition node requirements, the project department overcame difficulties, actively coordinated with the owner on drawings and plans, organized material entry and personnel and machinery input, and prepared for construction and installation in advance. The three boilers supplied by the client arrived on November 19th. The project department worked overtime to complete construction, passing the boiler and main steam pipeline overall water pressure test supervision and inspection acceptance by the Qujing Municipal Quality and Technical Supervision Comprehensive Testing Center on December 10th and completing the relevant construction content ahead of schedule on December 23rd, meeting the conditions for ignition.

The project department will strictly follow the company's requirements to ensure the quality and quantity and complete the construction task of converting the Huize Cigarette Factory's coal-fired boilers to gas boilers on schedule.
