The Yongsheng County Chenghai River Basin Ecological Comprehensive Governance Water Conservancy Emergency Water Supplement Project is a key provincial demonstration project in Yunnan Province and also a lifeline project for the protection of Chenghai. The construction of the project will effectively curb the continuous decline of the Chenghai water level. Through the implementation of the water conservancy backbone project, the production and living water in the Chenghai River Basin will be replaced, and water will be directly supplemented to the Chenghai ecosystem to improve the ecological environment of Chenghai Lake water.
The water source for the project is the Ludila reservoir area of the Jinsha River, in 220 Downstream of the Jinjiang Bridge on Provincial Highway 3.1km The left bank of the Jinsha River takes water, and the water source point is located upstream of the outlet of the Tu'erqing River 560m ,Water is taken and transported to the intake pool of the second-level pumping station through the first-level floating dock pumping station (normal water level is 1300m ),The water is lifted to the mountaintop sedimentation and purification pool by the second-level pumping station (normal water level is 1419m ),Then, gravity pressurized water transmission is formed, and after passing through 10.03km Pressurized pipeline (Huangjinwan inverted siphon) successfully transports the river water to the intake pool of the third-level pumping station (normal water level 1400m ),The project department successfully completed the first two levels of pumping stations and water transmission tasks of the third-level pumping station of this project. Then, the third-level pumping station constructed by the neighboring unit lifts and pressurizes the water to 350m Caojia Village outlet pool on the west side of Caojia Village (normal water level 1561m ),Using the Caojia Village outlet pool, water is transported to the left side of the Sanjiaotang through a gravity pressurized pipeline (Majun River inverted siphon) 330m Majun River, the design flow rate of the main line is 2.34m3/s 。After 8 Hours of load water linkage debugging, on 2020 Year 9 Month 24 At 0:40 on the day, the Jinsha River water from the Ludila reservoir area was successfully supplemented to Chenghai.
