The No. 2 pumping station of the Liugongbu Chenghai emergency water supply project has successfully completed its single-unit test run.

9 Month 9 Day, Yongsheng County Chenghai River Basin Ecological Comprehensive Governance Water Conservancy Emergency Water Supply Project Secondary Pumping Station Host Section 1# to 4# Pump unit single machine test run successful.

Before the single-machine test run, the project department, combining the actual on-site situation, compiled the "Unit Adjustment and Test Run Plan", and explained the plan level by level, and once again checked the electrical lines and control system, pump unit and motor installation, automated control online monitoring system, 10kV high-voltage soft-start control system, bearing lubrication and other work. After confirming that the various system components on site were working normally, the test personnel started the secondary pumping station host section one by one 1# to 4# The motor of the pump unit carried out a no-load operation test of the unit motor, and the motor direction was normal. During the soft-start motor operation 2 hours, every 15 minute to collect monitoring data, motor bearing temperature, winding temperature, vibration and other key parameters are normal, after successful shutdown, all parties involved confirmed that the motor no-load test was successfully completed.

The model of the secondary pumping station pump unit motor is 10kV-YXKK500-4 ，is a 10kV three-phase horizontal squirrel-cage asynchronous motor, with a single unit rated power of 1250kW ，rated speed of 1489r/min ；the single water pump flow rate is 0.78m³/s ，rated head is 123m ；After the single-machine no-load operation test, the valve debugging, protection system linkage simulation, and simulated power failure tests were immediately carried out.

The successful single-machine test run of the secondary pumping station has laid a solid foundation for the early realization of the goal of supplementing the Chenghai Lake with high-quality water from the Jinsha River.
