7 Month 14 On the date, Wu Qian, Party Committee Secretary and Deputy Manager of the company, went to the Sanguan Department Kunyu Expansion Project to inspect and guide the work, accompanied by Sun Jinyao, member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee, Zhang Yuling, Chief Accountant, and the safety supervisor.

Wu Qian first inspected the construction site, listened to the project's upcoming construction plan and arrangements. Wu Qian urged the project department to plan ahead for rainy season construction, reasonably arrange teams and machinery, promptly prepare corresponding rainy season construction plans, formulate reasonable and effective construction plans to minimize the impact of the rainy season on construction, and simultaneously conduct safety technical briefings for team workers, eliminate safety hazards, improve safety awareness, and ensure construction safety.

Afterwards, Wu Qian visited the project site and had a cordial conversation with the project management personnel. The project management personnel shared their experiences and insights from their work, summarizing experiences and learning from each other's strengths and weaknesses. After listening to everyone's speeches, Wu Qian encouraged the management personnel: Firstly, young people should focus on their work posts and dedicate themselves to the project, constantly improving themselves and their professional abilities through work. Secondly, experienced workers should play a leading role, passing on their rich construction experience to young people and guiding them to master more construction techniques.

Regarding the actual project, Wu Qian requested: Firstly, project management personnel should summarize the difficulties and key points encountered in their daily work, actively seek solutions, and keep records. If problems cannot be solved, they should promptly feedback to the project manager for assistance. Secondly, the project department should actively cooperate with relevant units, confirm equipment arrival times, verify the specifications and models of the arrived equipment, and ensure that the purchased products are consistent with the design requirements. Thirdly, strictly control the remaining 1# 、 4# construction quality of the toll booth canopy, summarizing 3# the construction experience of the canopy, and analyzing 3# the shortcomings in the canopy construction process to avoid similar mistakes from recurring, affecting the construction progress, and increasing costs. Fourthly, strictly implement the company's safety regulations, putting safety work into practice, especially for work with high safety risks, such as the scaffolding operating platforms of the toll booth canopy, strictly adhering to relevant regulations and standards to fundamentally eliminate safety hazards. Fifthly, the project department should properly manage and archive construction documents and materials, keeping materials synchronized with construction, classifying and organizing project materials, and designating storage areas for easy later retrieval and modification. Sixthly, the project department should prevent food poisoning and prohibit the consumption of wild mushrooms.

Finally, Wu Qian encouraged the project management personnel, urging them not to slacken off, to maintain momentum, and to successfully complete the project.
