Gu Yongmao went to the Yigongbu Dali Laisuer project for investigation and guidance

6 Month 7 Day, Gu Yongmao, the deputy secretary of the company's Party committee and chairman, went to the Dali Laisir project constructed by the first construction department for investigation and guidance.

The Dali Laisir project is a self-operated project of the first construction department, divided into civil engineering and industrial installation. Currently, the civil engineering project is under construction, 6 Month 5 Day, the project department held a special expert review meeting on the high-rise formwork scheme of the Laisir project, and the project construction is progressing steadily. During this critical period, Gu Yongmao personally went to the construction site for guidance and held a symposium to understand the construction situation of the project, and put forward relevant suggestions for the difficulties encountered during the construction process.  

At the meeting, Gu Yongmao emphasized: First, the project management team should continuously improve its project management capabilities in practice and effectively fulfill its management responsibilities. Second, strictly follow the company's requirements and carry out the "Safety Production Month" activities. Third, strictly implement the management requirements of "four guarantees, one control, and one tree", overcome difficulties, seize key points, and solve problems such as material turnover, labor supplementation, and funds. At present, the overall responsibilities of the first construction department are clear, the sense of responsibility is further enhanced, and problems are handled decisively. It is hoped that everyone will continue to work hard in management, fulfill their duties, and submit a satisfactory answer sheet to the company.
