The construction power project of the Sanguanbu Hekjianlan Expressway, including the construction of a new 35kv substation, has been successfully accepted.

On the morning of April 1st, the Dali Prefecture Power Supply Bureau, Jianchuan County Power Supply Bureau, and Heqing County Power Supply Bureau organized the acceptance of the construction power project for the Hekou-Jianchuan-Lanping Expressway, which was undertaken by the Third Engineering Project Department. The newly built 35kv Shizishan Substation and 35kv Hekou-Jianchuan Substation were successfully accepted and passed inspection.

The Hekou-Jianchuan-Lanping Expressway is a key construction project during Yunnan Province's 13th Five-Year Plan period and an important part of the province's 2020 county-level expressway network's "full connectivity" goal. The Hekou-Jianchuan-Lanping project of the Third Engineering Department, as a temporary power supply construction project for the expressway, ensured timely power supply to meet the needs of the general contractor and various civil engineering units. During the epidemic prevention and control period, strictly following the resumption of work and production requirements of various departments, after more than 40 days of hard work, the construction of the new 35kv substation was finally completed.

After the acceptance of the 35kv Shizishan Substation and 35kv Hekou-Jianchuan Substation, the two newly built substations will be put into operation and energized on April 3rd and April 5th respectively. At that time, the entire line will be energized and put into operation, effectively solving the power supply problem for various civil engineering construction units.
