2 Month 21 On the date, the company held an expert review meeting on the special lifting plan for the fuel gas tank (top cover) of the refined oil project of Lao Zhongdong Petrochemical Co., Ltd. Luo Bao, deputy chief engineer of the group company, Xu Yanlu, chief engineer of the company, Liang Tao, safety director, and members of the expert group attended the meeting.

The installation of the fuel gas tank (top cover) in the Lao Zhongdong Petrochemical refined oil project is located in the Laos Petroleum Chemical Co., Ltd. factory area in the Saisettha Development Zone, Vientiane, Laos. The equipment consists of a base plate, side plates, piston system, T fence ( T baffle) system, tank top cover, ventilation cap, columns, sealing device, leveling device, annular walkway, ladder railing and tank capacity indicator, etc., forming a circular geometry. The total height of the fuel gas tank is 34.06 meters (ventilation cap top position), the outer diameter of the wall plate is 34.377 meters, high 28.5 meters, of which the fuel gas tank top cover is a tangential spherical shape, the chord length of the steel skeleton is 33.866 meters, the arch height is 3.5 meters, the installation height on all sides is 28.5 meters, the height of the center of the tank top is 32.00 meters, and the total weight is 68 tons. The ventilation cap is installed on the top of the tank, with a height of 2.06 meters. Due to the large diameter of the gas tank, the large area of the top cover, the relatively poor overall rigidity, and the relatively high risk coefficient, in order to successfully and efficiently complete the installation of the gas tank top cover, Liu Sijie prepared a special construction plan and invited lifting experts from the provincial expert database for a special review.

The review meeting mainly listened to the opinions and suggestions of experts on the feasibility, scientificity, safety, economy of the plan, and emergency measures during construction. At the meeting, experts gave a good evaluation of the writing method of this plan. All experts gave that the plan is feasible and passed the review at once, and gave opinions and suggestions on the problems that may arise during construction.
