On November 8th, Wu Qian, the Party Secretary of the company, led a team to the Qujing Dyeing Factory's shanty town renovation project to inspect safety production work and project progress, and held a meeting with project management personnel and professional team leaders.
At the site, the inspection team carefully examined the production situation and construction environment at each work point of the project, and made detailed records of the safety hazards, management methods and regulations, and problems with the safety awareness of the workers found during the inspection. At the meeting, the company's safety director provided feedback on the problems found during the inspection and requested rectification.
Yan Wenyong, the Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, provided guidance on "real-name registration for migrant workers" and fire safety issues: First, overcome difficulties and strive to promote the real-name registration system for migrant workers. This is an effective measure to strengthen the management of migrant workers at the project site and promote dynamic management on site; second, in accordance with the requirements of the company's "Notice on Carrying Out the 2019 "Fire Safety Month" Activities," thoroughly implement the spirit of the document, strengthen fire safety education and publicity, strengthen fire safety in the residential areas of the project site, carefully check the circuits and fire extinguishers, and attach great importance to the electrical safety of migrant workers to eliminate fire hazards at the project site.
Party Secretary Wu Qian explained the issues of wage payment and petty cash accounting for the project team, and gave further instructions on on-site safety. On-site safety should be implemented and rectified in accordance with the requirements of the inspection team: First, strengthen safety management, strictly follow the overall requirements of the project's "concentrating efforts, concentrating resources, fighting hard for 100 days, and promoting rapid progress of the project construction," and do a good job in overall project planning, safety training, and risk control; second, strictly follow the company's issued "Fire Safety Month Implementation Plan" document and earnestly carry out project fire hazard investigation work; third, strengthen safety supervision and resolutely ensure effective supervision of safety violations and construction quality problems throughout the construction process; fourth, strengthen safety education, and in particular, do a good job in safety education and training and entry management before the next resumption of work. It is hoped that: personnel at the project site will cherish the current environment, give full play to the spirit of the plateau iron army, and complete the project with high quality and efficiency; personnel at the project site should take advantage of the current low workload to study relevant knowledge of technology, quality, safety, and cost, and keep learning records; the project department should effectively organize relevant employee activities, enliven the team atmosphere, create a good working atmosphere, and enhance the learning of daily life knowledge to improve their overall quality.
