Yesterday morning, Chen Wenshuang, deputy secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the trade union of the group, presided over the Baoshan City business work promotion meeting, and made a task breakdown of the 1500 billion yuan and 46 projects involved in the cooperation and construction framework agreement signed between the group and the Baoshan Municipal Government. The various units of the group have received high praise and recognition from the Baoshan Municipal Party Committee, the municipal government, and various departments in the process of promoting and organizing Baoshan projects. Chen Wenshuang demanded: First, for PPP projects and financing and construction projects, as long as they meet national policies, they should be promoted as soon as possible and obtain policy support from banks as soon as possible. Second, ensure the implementation of responsibilities and identify responsible persons. Try to hold a business meeting once a month and a project promotion meeting once a quarter to coordinate and actively sort out problems, and promote project implementation in a problem-oriented manner. Third, the group should dare to compete with centrally-owned enterprises. Practice has proved that in the process of competing with centrally-owned enterprises, we have won the trust of the municipal government. The group should be full of confidence and enthusiasm, and try every means to win projects.

Chen Wenshuang emphasized that early planning is very important.
