Chen Wenshuang expressed gratitude for the guidance and concern of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions in recent years, as well as the consistent help and support from the Foreign Exchange Center. He pointed out that since Yunnan JianTou went abroad and engaged in overseas markets, it has built a number of projects in South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Africa, including the Vietnam-China Friendship Palace, the Cambodian office building, and the Mad Island first station of the China-Myanmar oil and gas pipeline, which have been recognized locally. Currently, the Laos Wanwan Expressway, the Laos Vientiane Saysatta Integrated Development Zone, the Benin New Airport, and the Vida Ancient City project are also key projects and highlight projects of the Group. The Group has always cared about the physical and mental health of overseas employees and actively played the role of the trade union. Through activities such as labor competitions, skills competitions, and sending warmth and coolness, it has achieved good results in uniting the workforce, improving employees' professional skills, and caring for employees.

Chen Wenshuang expressed his welcome to the Foreign Exchange Center of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions to conduct field research and investigation of the Group's overseas projects, guide and help the Group's overseas grassroots trade unions to better carry out their work; he hoped that the Foreign Exchange Center would lead the Group's grassroots trade union organizations to "go out" to exchange and learn from the experience of excellent overseas trade unions; he hoped that the Foreign Exchange Center would promote the work of selecting outstanding individuals and advanced models to the overseas front line, and provide assistance and support in the holding of skills competitions in the Group's overseas projects and in caring for employees.

Bai Rongrong fully affirmed the achievements of the Group's overseas trade union work with "five ones and five goods," evaluating the Group as an enterprise that has gone through hardships, an enterprise that shoulders responsibilities, an enterprise with a glorious mission, an enterprise with brilliant achievements, and an enterprise with outstanding performance; the situation introduction is good, the enterprise's operation and development is good, the overseas business expansion is good, the trade union work is good, and the quality of the workforce is good. At the same time, Bai Rongrong provided suggestions on the work related to reporting on foreign-related projects of provincial-level enterprises, disseminated the direction of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions in recommending provincial-level model workers and advanced typical figures, and guided the Group in organizing highlights of trade union work and learning and exchanging cases of overseas trade union work serving the "Belt and Road" initiative.

At the meeting, the Group's trade union introduced the work carried out in recent years, focusing on the situation and highlights of the Group's overseas trade union organizations. The International Engineering Department, Haitou Company, Jitou Company, Installation Joint-Stock Company, the Fourth Company, and the General Contracting Company respectively reported on the construction of the workforce and the development of trade union work in overseas projects.
