The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was held in Beijing from October 28 to 31, 2019. The meeting adopted the "Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Some Major Issues Concerning the Upholding and Improving the Socialist System with Chinese Characteristics and Advancing the Modernization of the National Governance System and Capacity". On November 5, the Yunnan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection held a standing committee meeting to specifically convey and study the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee, putting forward "Finding the Right Position in Implementing the Spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session and Promoting the High-Quality Development of Discipline Inspection and Supervision Work".
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China focused on studying several major issues concerning upholding and improving the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and advancing the modernization of the national governance system and capacity, and made fifteen major decisions on the significance and overall requirements of upholding and improving the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and advancing the modernization of the national governance system and capacity.
