Following the requirements of the company's Party Committee's "Notice on Convening Special Organizational Life Meetings and Democratic Evaluation of Party Members of Grassroots Party Branches on the Theme of 'Never Forgetting the Initial Aspiration and Always Remembering the Mission'", on October 12, the Party branch of the Fifth Workshop held a special organizational life meeting, and Yan Wenyong, a member of the company's leadership team, participated in the branch's organizational life meeting as an ordinary party member.
To ensure a high-quality special organizational life meeting, the Party branch strictly followed the relevant requirements of the company's Party Committee, carefully prepared pre-meeting work such as heart-to-heart talks, self-analysis, and writing self-criticism materials. For some party members on the production front outside the province and abroad, the branch used online video to organize their participation in the life meeting.
The meeting revolved around the goals of gaining theoretical knowledge, undergoing ideological and political baptism, daring to take on responsibilities in undertaking tasks and making achievements, and setting an example in upholding integrity and clean governance. It reviewed achievements, examined problems, conducted in-depth analysis, engaged in criticism and self-criticism, and clarified directions for efforts and improvement measures.
At the meeting, members of the Party branch and party members, in accordance with the requirements of "four comparisons" and "four searches", conducted in-depth self-examination and analysis of problems identified in investigations and studies, problems found by comparing themselves against the Party Constitution and regulations, problems reflected by the masses, and problems pointed out in heart-to-heart talks. They summarized improvement measures and conducted serious and sincere criticism and self-criticism.
The meeting required that the special organizational life meeting be used as an opportunity to transform the achievements of the thematic education into practical actions to promote various tasks, and into the spirit of boldness, innovation, and the conscious practice of hard work and dedication. Party members stated that they would maintain a clear head, enhance their awareness of potential risks, take the lead in changing their work style, avoid formalism and bureaucratism, address shortcomings while remembering their initial aspirations, and implement their mission. They will use Party building to lead the high-quality development of the Fifth Workshop to a new level.
