On the afternoon of August 1, Kong Xinghu, member of the company's Party Committee and deputy manager, gave a Party lesson and conducted a comprehensive investigation at the Seventh Engineering Project Department.
Before the investigation, Kong Xinghu gave a special Party lesson. The lesson focused on the requirements of the "不忘初心 牢记使命" (Never Forget the Original Aspiration, Always Keep the Mission in Mind) themed education and the company's actual situation, providing a detailed explanation of what constitutes the "original aspiration and mission" of a Communist Party member.

During the investigation, after listening to the report on the department's basic situation, existing problems, and future work plans, Kong Xinghu put forward six requirements: First, strengthen the project management team's capacity building, carefully consider project site management work, and abandon a wait-and-see attitude. Create several model projects within the department to set an example for other projects. Second, do a good job in project cost accounting, reducing unnecessary cost overruns. Actively explore project contracting models. Third, treat projects that have been completed but not settled as a key task for the second half of the year, achieving results in debt collection, and making a breakthrough in receivables. Fourth, require all members of the leadership team to actively participate in business operations and fully demonstrate a wolf-like spirit. Fifth, provide more technical support for the project, improving the quality of technical solutions. Summarize experience in a timely manner to prepare for future project undertaking. Sixth, Party building work should closely revolve around production and operation, finding ways to serve the project.
Kong Xinghu emphasized that the department's leadership team should work together, using a persistent spirit to solve the prominent problems currently hindering the department's development. Team members should lead by example, playing a "leading goose" role, leading employees to boost confidence and unite strength, promoting the department's development with a new look and new achievements.
